Keilhauer Sustainable Design Education Fund
2024 Spring Application
The Keilhauer Sustainable Design Education Fund supports our IIDA members practicing sustainable design strategies. Interior Designers that are LEED Green Associate or LEED AP certified demonstrate to clients and employers that they are dedicated to incorporating environmental sustainability and the health and safety of occupants into their practice.
The Keilhauer Sustainable Design Education Fund will award exam reimbursement funds to selected recipients whom have completed and passed the LEED Green Associate or LEED AP exam. This award is open twice annually, in the spring and in the fall after each exam period.
Eligibility
IIDA Student, Professional, or Associate members, whom have completed and passed the LEED Green Associate or LEED AP Exam between July 1 – December 31 2023 may apply.
Submission Requirements
Certification demonstrating that they have taken and passed the LEED Green Associate or LEED AP exam between July 1 – December 31, 2023.
Proof of self-payment for part or all of their exam fees.
Award
The IIDA Foundation will award exam fee reimbursement of up to $350 for up to five (5) IIDA Student, Professional, and Associate members.
Awardees are selected through a lottery system—there are no fees to apply. Recipients will be selected and notified Spring 2024.
